Rule #2: Be sure to describe the problem as thoroughly as possible.
Do not be vague. Make sure to tell us as much information as possible about the problem. The more information you give, the easier it will be for people to help you.
Rule #3: Replies are to remain on topic and are to be helpful.
Do not add useless comments like buy a new computer. Do not get into arguments with members in the thread.
Rule #4: Do not hijack the thread with your own problem.
Unless it's DIRECTLY related to the topic, start your own thread.
Rule #5: Marking as [Solved]
If the problem has been resolved then please reply to the topic to let everyone know and mark your topic as: [Solved] in the Title bar and set the title to the color green in the dropdown list next to the title bar.
